Our buffet package include Hors D’oeuvres, buffet dinner, rolls and butter, and coffee service during dinner and through dessert. The cost is $24.95 per person.

Carving Station – Attendant’s fee of $75 per station

Desserts(choose two (2) – Carrot cake, New York cheesecake, Chocolate Torte, Variety of cakes with butter cream frosting - $3.95 per person.

Sweet Table – Includes an assortment of: Cheesecakes, eclairs, chocolate dipped strawberries, assorted cakes and assorted dessert bars and cookies - $5.00 per person

Choice of two (2) salads: Mixed Green Salads and choice of two dressings, Caesar salad with traditional Caesar dressing, Pasta salad, Red potato salad, Creamy cole slaw, or Tomato, cucumber and onion vinaigrette salad.

Choice of two(2) entrees: Sliced roast beef, sliced sirlon of beef, Roasted garlic and rosemary rubbed pork loin, Char-grilled chicken with a champagne beurre blanc, BBQ chicken, Roasted or smoked breast of turkey, Encrusted breast of chicken topped with asiago cream or lasagna.

Choice of two (2) starches: Au Gratin potaoes, Mashed potatoes with gravy, Roasted rosemary red potatoes, Steamed parsley potatoes or Rice pilaf.

Choice of one (1) vegetable: Maux choix, Roasted vegetable medley(Fresh zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers and red onions), Glazed baby carrots, Fresh green beans or Broccoli spears.

Hosted Bar –  House liquor including Vodka, Gin, Scotch, Rum, tequila, Whiskey, Bourbon, Irish Cream and Brandy, Wine(see event coordinator for wine selections), Keg of Beer(Choose one(1) from Bud, Bud Light, MGD or Miller Lite) - $6.50 per person per hour(minimum 3 hours)

Preminum Hosted Bar – Liquor including Smirnoff vodka, Beefeaters gin, J&B scotch, Crown royal, Bacardi rum, Jack Daniels, Captain Morgan, Jim Beam, Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Jose Cuervo Gold, Wine (see event coordinator for wine selections), Keg of Beer (choose two(2) from Bud, Bud light, MGD, Miller Lite, Spotted Cow,capital) - $8.00 per person per hour (Minimum 3 hours)
